We provide services to employers, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers in the construction and oil & gas industries.

The office has a historic focus on high value-add contract advice & dispute resolution services (claim, arbitration and expert witness) alongside a healthy mix of contract administration and advisory appointments.

The workload tends toward the high value projects (infrastructure, onshore oil & gas, large commercial and public buildings) with a predominance of EPC projects in recent years. Our involvement varies from long-term commissions throughout the entire project life of several years to add hoc appointments for specific advice or services.

The People

Our team comprises an eclectic mix of high calibre engineers, quantity surveyors, planners, architects and non-practicing lawyers. We have strategic alliances with a variety of specialists and service providers in Malaysia and beyond.
