Nick Powell

B.Eng.(Hons), LLB(Hons), DipArb, MICE, CEng, FCIArb

Nick is the Managing Director and the founder of Axiom. He is a Chartered Civil Engineer and Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators also holds a Degree in Law from the University of London.

Having gained considerable contracting and design experience in heavy civil engineering and structural engineering projects, Nick developed a particular expertise in contract administration, dispute resolution, litigation and arbitration support.

Nick is now an internationally recognised specialist in the area of dispute resolution and Expert Witness services, having worked in the UK, Malaysia, India, Hong Kong and throughout the Middle East.
