Jeane Wong Wai Yee

B. Sc. (Hons.) QS

Wai Yee is assigned to the dispute team portfolio. She has worked with a contractors and consultant, thus has acquired an appreciation for how the different parties in a construction contract puts forward, presents and defends their respective position in respect to claim submission and evaluation.  

She has experience and knowledge in various construction project related issues, such as analysing the progress of work claims, valuation of variations, preparation of variation reports, settlement of variation accounts, preparation of take-off quantity from the drawings, preparation of tender and bills of quantities.

She has taken an interest in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in respect to time and quantum claims and is looking to develop further her skill-sets in this area.
